Welcome to the Dashboard
This dashboard provides an accessible way to explore national and jurisdictional findings from implementation science research supporting the Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative. The homepage gives you quick access to major sections of the site and highlights key insights drawn from ongoing research and community partnerships.
Navigation Bar
At the top of the page, you’ll find four main sections that guide your experience:
- About explains the purpose of the dashboard, the research framework guiding this project, and how to interpret the data and publications included here.
- Results presents visual summaries, charts, and findings from implementation science activities conducted across EHE jurisdictions.
- Publications provides access to peer-reviewed articles, research outputs, and additional documentation relevant to EHE implementation science.
- Community highlights survey findings, community partnerships, and engagement activities that support and shape local EHE strategies.
Search Function
Use the search bar at the top of the page to look up specific topics, terms, research areas, or publications. This search function scans the entire dashboard, making it easier to find exactly what you need.
Featured Carousel
At the center of the homepage is a rotating feature carousel that highlights key insights and featured data stories. Each panel includes a brief summary of the topic and an Explore button. Selecting Explore takes you directly into the corresponding area of the site—such as community partnerships, implementation outcomes, or specific research summaries—so you can dive deeper into the data.
About Menu Overview
The About section provides background information, definitions, and supporting materials that help users understand the purpose and structure of the dashboard. When you hover over or select About in the top navigation bar, a dropdown menu appears with three options: About, Glossary, and Resources.
About
Selecting About opens a page that explains the goals of the Ending the HIV Epidemic Implementation Science Reporting Dashboard. This includes how the dashboard was developed, the research framework guiding the project, and what users can expect to find across the different sections.
Glossary
The Glossary provides clear definitions of terms and concepts commonly used throughout the dashboard. This page is especially helpful for users who may be new to implementation science, public health terminology, or EHE-specific language.
Resources
The Resources page offers additional tools, documents, and reference materials that support deeper learning. These resources may include reports, external links, guidance documents, and supplemental information to help users better understand the data and findings included on the site.
Overview
The Implementation Science Frameworks tool allows users to explore how often different implementation science frameworks appear in published studies related to the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative. This view helps identify which frameworks are most frequently used to guide intervention planning, evaluation, and implementation efforts across jurisdictions.
The page includes descriptive text at the top, a set of interactive filters, and a bar chart summarizing the number of papers associated with each framework.
Page Header
“Implementation Science Frameworks”
This header identifies the subtab you are viewing within the Results section.
Directly beneath it, an introductory sentence explains the purpose:
“Use this tool to quantify the number of studies leveraging various implementation science frameworks. Filter by HIV continuum target, study design, and evidence-based intervention.”
This tells users what the chart represents and how filtering options function.
The central element on the page is a horizontal bar chart that displays the number of studies associated with each implementation science framework. It uses color-coded bars to help users compare counts at a glance.
Interpretation Guidance
This chart helps users:
- Identify trends in framework adoption
- Compare popularity across frameworks
- Understand methodological approaches used in the EHE science portfolio
- Inform future implementation planning and evaluation decisions
Filtering
The filter panel allows users to customize the data displayed in the chart. Users can apply one or more filters simultaneously to narrow the set of studies. Click Apply when you are ready for the data to display.
- Continuum Target
This dropdown allows users to filter by the stage(s) of the HIV prevention and treatment continua addressed in the research. Selecting multiple targets is allowed.
- Study Design
